Our Story
A&A Devine Home Health LLC was founded in 2021 by Esther and Thomas Tabenyang with a single, powerful belief: that every person, regardless of age, condition, or background, deserves to receive high-quality care in the comfort of their own home.
Esther, a registered nurse with a specialty in pediatric care, saw firsthand the gaps that existed in home health services across North Texas. Families were struggling to find agencies that could handle complex cases, serve children with medical needs, and provide the kind of warm, personalized attention that makes a real difference in a person’s life. So she and Thomas decided to build exactly that.
What started as a small, community-focused agency has grown into a trusted provider serving clients across Melissa, Anna, McKinney, Allen, Plano, Richardson, Leonard, and Van Alstyne. Today, A&A Devine Home Health LLC is proud to serve seniors, veterans, adults with chronic conditions, and children with specialized needs, all under one roof, with one consistent standard of care.

Esther is the heart and soul of A&A Devine Home Health LLC. As a registered nurse with a deep specialty in pediatric care, she brings both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to every aspect of the agency. Esther personally oversees care plans, caregiver quality, and client relationships, ensuring that every person served by A&A Devine receives the highest standard of care. Her background in pediatric nursing gives the agency a unique edge in serving children with complex medical and behavioral needs, a population that is often underserved by traditional home health agencies.
Thomas Tabenyang — Co-Owner and Operations Lead
